What I collect

• Contact and basic info you enter on the intake form (name, email, age, height, weight, training details, goals).
• Physique photos you choose to upload, used only to build and adjust your program.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

How your photos are stored

Your photos are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible. They are never posted, shared, or shown anywhere without your explicit permission. I view them only to build and adjust your program.

What I never do

• I don't sell your data to anyone.
• I don't publish your photos or use them as testimonials unless you specifically say yes.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete your data and photos at any time by emailing loganlaflamme28@gmail.com.
